Shower broke.

Good experience until morning when I tried to take a shower. Turned on hot water all the way and the knob got stuck on scalding hot. So wasn't able to take a shower. I called maintenance, but they weren't able to come in time to fix so had to leave unshowered. ...read more

Location was excellent & classy for all that we were doing in the area.

There was nothing we did not like!

This hotel is beautiful & it is connected to the James Center office building. So beautiful at Christmas & very romantic! Great area to just stroll the shops & eat at a variety of great restaurants. This is one of our very favorite places to stay almost every year for our anniversary. Cary town is a short distance away with so much to do including the Byrd Landmark Theatre that is almost 100 years old! ...read more
